That was a number of years ago when PC financial decided to enforce Mastercard' card tiers. Other issuers decided to hold off on downgrading those that didnt meet the minimum annual spend requirement of 15k for World Elite cards.
I got my friend that has a PC Mastercard to refer me. I think they get 25,000 or 50,000 points for referring me. I also, noticed on the the sign up pages you get 125,000 points for their PC Money™ Account.

No joke it took more than four months, 20 emails and countless calls where I was on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time -- and getting bounced back and forth between Optimum and PC Financial departments -- to get it resolved.
You have to send a TD cheque to PC Financial to do this. No, you can't link the Chequing Account from TD's side. From EasyWeb, you can transfer money using Interac Email Money Transfer for a fee of $1.50 per transfer. From PC, you can send them a TD cheque to link the accounts for no-fee transfers.
