David Giuntoli (born June 18, 1980 [1]) is an American actor.He portrayed Det. Nick Burkhardt in the NBC supernatural drama Grimm (2011–2017), and Eddie Saville in the ABC drama series A Million Little Things (2018–2023).
Rolek Porter (played by Sam Anderson). The fourth season of the NBC American supernatural drama series Grimm was announced on March 19, 2014. [1] It consisted of 22 episodes. The series, created by David Greenwalt, Jim Kouf and Stephen Carpenter, follows a descendant of the Grimm line, Nick Burkhardt, as he deals with being a cop, and trying not to expose his secret as a Grimm.
The show centers on Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli), a Portland Police Department homicide detective who discovers that he is the last descendant of a group of guardians named "Grimms" who had to protect the world from a group of Wesen, mythical creatures which only the Grimms can see.
Nick calls Rosalee for help to remove the stone from Robin's throat, but her husband manages to get the stone in a standoff and runs off. Nick chases him, and the stone accidentally breaks in the chase (becoming worthless). Nick proposes to Juliette, who sadly declines, stating that he is hiding something from her and she can't say yes yet.
Later that morning, police officer Nick Burkhardt (portrayed by David Giuntoli), and his partner Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are discussing Nick's plans to propose to his girlfriend. A woman walks by and while looking at Nick, her face changes to that of a non-human creature. Hank appears not to notice anything.
