Good evening. What is the recommended air drier capacity, and air compressor continuous CFM, and continuous air pressure output to run a Cross Fire Pro CNC Plasma machine? I wanted to see what the code looks like that runs the Cross Fire Pro CNC. My background has been programming 4 axis CNC machining centers, and I’d like to see the format of a good CNC plasma cutter program. Does Langmuir ...

the pro table has nothing to do with cut rates. all the pro is, is a larger table. the cut rates are dependent on the plasma cutter, which has been covered already. I understand. I purchased the Razorweld cut 45 as well as many others. Langmuir must have some settings pretty much locked down by now using the pro table.

A1. Verify that your plasma cutter’s 50:1 voltage divider port is functioning properly while cutting. If your plasma cutter is equipped with a 50:1 voltage divider in the CNC port (called a CPC port on Hypertherm), we will use your DMM to measure the DC Voltage across the two pins of this port while the plasma cutter is cutting.

CrossFire ®. jlafata88 August 8, 2018, 7:40pm 1. Being one of the lucky batch 1 owners of the CrossFire, I figured I would put out a review for those of you who haven’t gotten yours just yet or are on the fence for buying one. Richarddbeck83 December 20, 2021, 7:38pm 1. So about two months ago I hooked my Everlast Power plasma 82i to my Crossfire Pro table. I wired it up using the CNC plug that comes with the 82i. I’m using the raw voltage and trigger pins on the CNC plug. The one word that best describes my experience with the Everlast 82i would be “consistent ...

    forum.langmuirsystems.com/t/attching-a-laser-to-the-cnc-table/17633

Yes I know lasers are dangerous, designing it to be safe is part 2. I essentially want to add additional tools to the crossfire pro. Easiest would be that they would be swapped with the torch head when needed. A laser diode for engraving/burning off a resist material to make a mask for acid etching, etc. and a sharpie.
