Harold Arlen Lipton (born Lipschitz; May 18, 1911 – December 30, 1999) was an American lawyer and basketball executive. In the 1970s and 1980s, Lipton co-owned the Seattle SuperSonics , the San Diego Clippers , and the Boston Celtics with Irv Levin .
In April 1972, Levin and attorney Harold A. Lipton (father of actress Peggy Lipton) [9] purchased the Boston Celtics for $3.7 Million. The sale was rejected by the NBA as a result of conflict of interest concerns due to fellow National General directors Sam Schulman and Eugene V. Klein owning the Seattle SuperSonics. [10]

She made appearances in many of the most popular television shows of the 1960s before she landed her defining role as flower child Julie Barnes in the crime drama The Mod Squad (1968–1973), for which she won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series – Drama in 1970.

Clifford Carwood Lipton (30 January 1920 – 16 December 2001) [1] was a commissioned officer with Easy Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, during World War II. On the battlefields of Europe, he was promoted to company first sergeant and was awarded a battlefield commission to second lieutenant .
Lipton previously played Cameron Webber from 2018 until 2023. Despite no longer being on the soap opera, the actor was thrilled to return for a handful of episodes during the holiday season.
