"Toilet Paper" is the third episode of the seventh season of the American animated sitcom South Park, and the 99th episode of the series overall. It first aired on Comedy Central on April 2, 2003. Cartman, Kyle, Stan and Kenny wait at Stan's house for Stan's mom to come home with KFC for dinner. When she arrives, the boys help her unload her groceries, but Cartman remains behind, eats all the chicken skin, and goes home to sit on the toilet and read comic books.
The film was created by animating construction paper cutouts with stop motion, and features prototypes of the main characters of South Park, including a character resembling Cartman but named "Kenny", an unnamed character resembling what is today Kenny, and two near-identical unnamed characters who resemble Stan and Kyle.

As the episode progresses, the relationship between Cartman and "Miss Lopez" begins to grow more surreal, with Cartman and "Ms. Lopez" arguing (with both their voices being heard simultaneously) and "Ms. Lopez" acting independently while Cartman is asleep. Affleck invites "Ms. Lopez" for a ride in his car. Cartman reluctantly agrees.

The front cover includes an image of Cartman dressed as a policeman from the episode "Chickenlover". in the UK this marks the first South Park related DVD to be given a 12 rating by the BBFC.
