White Tiger (Russian: Белый тигр, translit. Byeli tigr) is a 2012 Russian war film , directed by Karen Shakhnazarov and co-written with Aleksandr Borodyansky based on the novel The Tankman, or The White Tiger ( Russian : Танкист, или “Белый тигр” , Tankist, ili "Byeli tigr") by Russian novelist Ilya Boyashov.

It's more of a "white whale" metaphor, and also a stand-in for Nazism itself. It's also a "ghost" tank, unmanned and moving of its own volition, so I'd say accuracy is low ;) The protagonist is a tanker that talks to tanks!

K. Balachander's romantic drama film Punnagai Mannan (1986) featured Revathi in the lead role as a Sinhala girl in love with a Tamil dancer. In one scene, she is kidnapped by Sri Lankan Tamils owing to the political tensions in Sri Lanka. At the time of release, the film became a talking point for showing a Sinhala person in a positive light. [2]
