Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers co-CEO and COO AJ Kumaran told TODAY Food that on a business call last week, he had mentioned they were “struggling to have meaningful crew members” in the field.
The Raising Cane's concept was born in Louisiana when founder Todd Graves had the idea to open a chicken finger-focused restaurant and recruited his friend and business partner, Craig Silvey, to help.
