Large lakes near Lake Van are Lake Erçek (16km), Lake Turna (23km), Lake Nemrut (12km), Lake Nazik (16km), Lake Batmış (10km), Lake Aygır (5km) and Lake Süphan (18km). Lake Erçek is by far the biggest, with an area of 106.2 square kilometres (41.0 sq mi), [ 35 ] and is the second biggest Van Province .
Bluford is in eastern Jefferson County, 1 mile (1.6 km) south of Illinois Route 15 and 9 miles (14 km) east of Mount Vernon, the county seat.According to the 2010 census, Bluford has a total area of 1.458 square miles (3.78 km 2), of which 1.45 square miles (3.76 km 2) (or 99.45%) is land and 0.008 square miles (0.02 km 2) (or 0.55%) is water.

Benton Township is a township in Lake County, Illinois, United States, and includes all of the village of Winthrop Harbor, most of the village of Beach Park, and small portions of the cities of Zion and Waukegan. As of the 2010 census, its population was 18,951. [2] Zion Township was formed from Benton Township on September 12, 1930.
