missfruff. ADMIN MOD. My AT&T U-verse renewal technique: uncomfortable silence. Started by calling the retention line: 800-288-2020. Me: Hi, I'm looking to renew my contract. I've been paying $108/month for U300 + 18 Mbps internet. AT&T: I can get you down to $156/month... it's the best I can do. Your previous discount was amazing.

Still nothing better than the $80 for 10GB for the Northeast. 1. solodogg. • 8 yr. ago. Cut your bill is definitely a plus, but pricing expires as of 1/2018. Sprint is currently offering 20GB for $50, and $15 per line through Best Buy and their retentions department.

  4. Transfer from U-Verse TV—retention department? : r/DirectvStream...

DirecTV said they could sign me up for DirecTV stream at the going rate on the internet (streamtv.directv.com), but I first had to call U-Verse to cancel the TV. They currently have a grandfathered rate on the internet that is about $20 below the going rate for AT&T Fiber. The U-Verse rep told me if I cancel the TV the internet price will go up ...

I know that U-Verse is being phased out, but are there any retention offers for U-verse? I’m currently paying $250 for u300 and internet. The last promotion I was paying around $160 I believe. I've been with AT&T for 6 years. It's pretty expensive to T-Mobile(who has pretty good coverage in my area, Orlando). So I am really thinking of cancelling. What are some tension offers they have now? I currently have 4 lines with 40GB shared data. Do have NEXT as well, but in fine wth paying them off to use for. TMO or returning then(if we can?)

  7. Att uverse -$330 a month - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/ATT/comments/108ux7i/att_uverse_330_a_month

Just call loyalty and ask for any discounts. Definitely drop to u300, they should have a $40-$60 loyalty discount for 12 months with that. Then internet should be around $60-$70, home phone is usually $40-$50 but I would recommend them just cancelling that altogether. 3. MinutesFromTheMall.

  8. My Experience So Far Switching from U-verse to DirecTV Stream

    www.reddit.com/.../comments/18txm49/my_experience_so_far_switching_from_uverse_to

Also switched from U-verse to DTV Stream when I moved into a new house last March. The cost savings, so far, are significant. Almost $50 a month less (from $220/month to $175/month). But there are three negatives…. Only 20 hours of DVR space vs 80 hours with U-verse….

  9. No Customer Retention : r/ATT - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/ATT/comments/1ajqrph/no_customer_retention

For my wife and daughter they offered $850 for each line (iPhone 14s) on a lower tier plan or a higher amount for a higher tier plan and 2 iPhone 15s while still providing $850 towards paying off my phone. After an hour on the phone with AT&T customer loyalty, they wouldn’t even come close to the Verizon offer. I’d like to stay with AT&T.

  10. AT&T retention offers? : r/ATT - Reddit

Curious what people have been getting from AT&T retention lately for mobile service. Please post any recent offers and include your average monthly bill amount and your length of time as an AT&T customer. Thanks. Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. This time last year I was offered a 128GB Xr for $1 and ...

  11. Uverse to Internet Air : r/ATT - Reddit

jhulc. • 1 mo. ago. U-verse TV cannot work over Internet Air and must continue to be supplied via the current U-verse network. It's technically possible to have U-verse TV without U-verse internet, but a bunch of stuff will break on the boxes. Additionally, AT&T may discontinue the U-verse network at your address after you move to Air.
