Hi, I've got a cubic mini wood stove, and I'm in need of some advice on installing it in a sprinter van. Most people will say ah, you can't do that, but that's what I'm gonna do, with all appropriate safety measures and proper installation. So I need some 3" double wall stove pipe, and I've realized this is very hard to find.

Chimney sweep. I have purchased (and am waiting on) a cubic mini wood stove for a cargo trailer that I converted into a sort of super-insulated tiny house. the dimensions of the cubic mini stove are 11" wide, 12" tall and 10.5" deep. I suppose those dimensions include the feet and little rail around the top. I don't need either of those.

  5. Stove top temperature for Cubic Mini Grizzly - Hearth.com Forums

    www.hearth.com/talk/threads/stove-top-temperature-for-cubic-mini-grizzly.195009

Nov 9, 2022. #2. 8-900º is a very high temperature and possibly overfiring. At this temp there would be very high flue temperatures and stress on the flue system. A more normal stovetop temp would be around 650º. If the stove finish is still offgassing after several fires at this temperature, then the paint job may be defective.

Both of those stoves are too big for your tiny space. The Timberline is the least attractive of the two options. I wouldn't disqualify the Jotul 602 simply based on the asking price, that's just the asking price. If they want to sell it they will eventually have to hit market value.

The 2.0 cu ft Drolet Hunter is not a good choice for this small space. It's too big and super radiant due to the thin metal sides. It's clearance requirement are 48" in all directions. Look for a smaller stove with about a 3.5-4kW output like the CB-1210 GRIZZLY Cubic Mini Wood Stove that has a shielding system to reduce clearances substantially.
