Frances Clara Cleveland Preston (née Folsom, christened Frank Clara; July 21, 1864 – October 29, 1947) was the first lady of the United States from 1886 to 1889 and again from 1893 until 1897, as the wife of President Grover Cleveland. She was the first, and until 2025, only person to serve in this role during two non-consecutive terms.

Folsomdale is an unincorporated community in Graves County, Kentucky, United States. [ 1 ] A post office was opened in the community in 1886, and named for President Cleveland's bride Frances Folsom , who had recently become First Lady at age 21.

Cleveland was the sitting President of the United States and remains the only U.S. president to be married in a room of the White House.
