Otisville is a village in Forest Township, Genesee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 864 at the 2010 census . It is located along M-15 , just south of M-57 .

In the township the population was spread out, with 25.4% under the age of 18, 8.4% from 18 to 24, 29.7% from 25 to 44, 27.5% from 45 to 64, and 9.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females, there were 103.3 males.
