The 2024-25 season of DC Power FC is the team's inaugural season as a professional women's soccer team and as well as the first for the USL Super League (USLS), one of two leagues to be in the top tier of women's soccer in the United States.
The club announced that they would play their inaugural season at Audi Field, which is also home to the Washington Spirit and D.C. United. [5] On September 13, 2024, Fort Lauderdale United FC defeated DC Power FC 2-0 in the club's first ever home match played at Audi Field in front of an announced crowd of 4,719.

Loza Abera Geinore (Amharic: ሎዛ አበራ; born 2 October 1997) is an Ethiopian professional footballer who plays for DC Power FC in the USL Super League and the Ethiopia women's national team as a forward.
