    10,593. 1,076. Illinois. I look at King Sailfish and I look at New Wave and I see a noticeable difference in quality. New Wave has some beautiful stuff. Their billfish IMO have more natural positioning, better detail, the fins are cleaner and they don't look like a cheap plastic fish. I guess King isn't too bad.

    Order one from king sailfish mounts in Ft. Lauderdale FL. Most likely the skin will be too oily to use like a bluefish. You can order just the blank and paint it yourself.

    Be very aware of the overall condition of the body since many/most od the old sailfish mounts used a patch of skin glued to a form. The skin was then modeled in using plaster like materials that tended to crack and crumble with time. That can be a very time consuming and troublesome repair that can lead to a lot of headaches. LOL!
