Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati (Balinese: ᬢ᭄ᬚᭀᬓᭀᬃᬤᬑᬓᬅᬃᬝᬅᬃᬤᬦᬲᬸᬓᬯᬢᬶ; born 23 January 1957), known as Cok Ace is an Indonesian politician, scientist and nobleman who is the Vice Governor of Bali from 2018 to 2023, He once also serving as a regent of Gianyar from 2008 to 2013.
Tjokorda Ngurah Wim Sukawati, (1 February 1923 – 24 February 2013) was the eldest son of the President of the State of East Indonesia and former King of Ubud Tjokorda Gde Raka Soekawati and his wife Gusti Agung Niang Putu. His title Tjokorda Gde indicates that Sukawati belonged to the highest ksatria (one of the four noble castes in Bali).
Sukawati family from the beginning of the XIX century ruled Ubud, the principality of Gianyar; the latter, in turn, depended on the Dutch administration. Sukawati's father, Tjokorda Gede Sukawati, was the ruler of Ubud at the time of his son's birth. In his young years, Soekawati attended a school for Indonesian officials.
