This was an issue a while back but I think was resolved with a later version of the Sticky Notes app. It is only happening on Windows 10 1803 pc's (doesn't matter who is logged on) and our Windows 10 1903 pcs seem to be ok. Have tried most of the previous solutions suggested on this site, but none of them have managed to resolve this issue
