I recently bought a new computer, partly because my old computer was failing and I was having trouble accessing my Microsoft account, the Microsoft store, Xbox, and the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. On the new computer, I had to delete my old account and create a new one.
To turn the Windows built-in games on: 1. Click on Start (bottom left) then Control Panel. 2. Click on Programs and Features. 3. On left hand side of screen, click on "Turn Windows features on or off". 4. Find the entry called Games & tick the box next to it.
Scroll down the list and see if Microsoft Solitaire Collection is there. If it is, click on it and then click on Advanced options. Then click on Reset. If it is not in the list, then find Microsoft Store. Click on it and then click on Advanced options. Then click on Reset. Reboot your computer and now see if you can install the game."
