The St. Louis and Oklahoma City Railroad (STLOC) was a railway existing between its corporate formation in 1895 and the conveyance of all its assets to a predecessor of the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway (Frisco) in 1899. STLOC built a line between Sapulpa and Oklahoma City in 1898, being 103.2 miles in length.

The first route proceeds north on 193rd Ave, crossing under I-44, and turns northeast onto Cherokee St. This route turns east onto Rice St, crosses SH-66, and then turns northeast onto "Old US Highway 66". This road turns north as it joins with 225th St. This road splits into a "Y" just before it intersects with SH-66.
In Asher, SH-59 meets SH-39 a second time, and six miles (10 km) later it splits off from US-177 and SH-3W to head east again, through St. Louis, Oklahoma and Maud. It forms a concurrency with US-377/SH-99/SH-3E south of Seminole, before splitting off near Bowlegs. It meets US-270 west of Wewoka, and then ends two miles (3 km) later.
