Just something to think about depending on how many times he plans to come and hunt. Out of state youth hunters are required to have an out of state hunting/fishing license but are exempt from the big game license. He will need the free deer harvest record. They got them back in SC now as of the last three years or so. And you have to buy them individually. The first buck tag costs me $50. $25 each for the next three. $10 per doe tag. On top of a $100+ hunting license, A $100 big game license, and a $85 WMA license. And I own land and pay taxes there.
