Norland Von Lunebelg is the prime antagonist of the series, Code Geass: Roźe of the Recapture, which is a sequel to the Code Geass anime. He is a former Britannian who was a Knight of Round and defected from the erstwhile Holy Britannian Empire. He seized control over the Hokkaido block in Japan and established the Neo-Britannian Empire.
