Canada Creek Ranch is an unincorporated community in Montmorency Township, Montmorency County, in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is a census-designated place (CDP) used for statistical purposes. The population was 258 at the 2020 census , [ 2 ] down from 304 in 2010 .
The length of the river is 165 kilometres (103 mi) and it drains a watershed of approximately 2,700 square kilometres (1,000 sq mi). The river flows through the towns of Strathroy and Wallaceburg. It was named after Lord Sydenham, governor of Canada from 1839 to 1841. Unusual concretions, composed of calcite, can be found near this river.
