It is located on the campus of Wenatchee Valley College; the college's baseball team shares the stadium with the Wenatchee AppleSox of the West Coast League. 540 of the stadium's seats were previously used at the Kingdome in Seattle.
The West Coast League (WCL) is a collegiate summer baseball wooden bat league founded in 2005, comprising teams from Washington, Oregon, British Columbia and Alberta.The WCL was previously named the West Coast Collegiate Baseball League (WCCBL), [2] but in 2008 it was renamed as the West Coast League.

This year brought the initial round-robin schedule, but the next year the addition of Flathead Community College of Montana caused that schedule to be dropped. This was short-lived, as Flathead's team disbanded during the season, and the remaining regional schools joined to form the current Scenic West.
