The town surrounds the village of Denmark, which is located south of the geographic center of the town. According to the United States Census Bureau , the town has a total area of 34.4 square miles (89.1 km 2 ), of which 34.1 square miles (88.4 km 2 ) is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 km 2 ), or 0.72%, is water.
Starting at US 10 (exit 267) interchange, WIS 96 and WIS 110 begin to travel northward from CTH-II as a four-lane divided road. Shortly after that, WIS 96 turns east as a two-lane undivided road while WIS 110 turns west.
The road passes Beloit College and crosses Wisconsin Highway 81 (WIS 81) before leaving Beloit and going toward Janesville. Along the way, it goes under the Wisconsin and Southern railroad and turns away from the river and passes Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport. US 51 becomes a four-lane undivided highway as it crosses WIS 11. [2]

About one mile (1.6 km) into Brown County, WIS 29 collects WIS 32 eastbound at the diamond interchange with WIS 156 and CTH-Y. WIS 29 very briefly passes through the northeast corner of Outagamie County and enters the village of Howard. The multilane expressway and the Backbone Corridor route end at Interstate 41/US 41.
