It's been a pain since Technet was retired, but you can still access the scripts via archive.org. I've been checking a bunch, and can even download the files. I received an email saying that I will have a couple of months to download and backup my scripts and software uploaded to TechNet before it was shutting down forever. So I guess you can search by the script name, the author name and email address to see if they re-upload them somewhere else.

Looking at the matrix that tells you what subscriptions will get you what software here (xlsx), outside of options available only to MCTs and academic institutions the only option appears to be Visual Studio (previously called MSDN) Enterprise Standard subscription at $5,999/yr initial, $2,569/yr renewal.
First, they try to force a thing that upsets their users. After getting negative responses and protests through social media and forums, Microsoft will change their bad idea. The same thing happened with 1000's MSDN and TechNet blogs removal done in the last year. After a protest, Microsoft has re-activated the blogs.
Technet Office and Windows ISO files. Microsoft decided to close the Technet Gallery in 2020. Thousands scripts were on this website. Some people had enough time to move their scripts to other platform like GitHub but most of the scripts are simply vanished. But today is the day of Technet Gallery reborn! We gathered pages, scripts and comments last year before the closure.
The other is, I permanently test windows 8 pro at home with my personal technet. It's cheaper than buying a copy of windows and I get to test windows server and other software. Reply
