Bellevue (/ ˈ b ɛ l v j uː / BEL-vew) [5] is a city in Erie, Huron, Seneca, and Sandusky counties [6] in the U.S. state of Ohio, located 61 miles southwest of Cleveland and 45 miles southeast of Toledo. The population was 8,249 at the 2020 census. The National Arbor Day Foundation has designated Bellevue as a Tree City USA.
