Line of Duty is a British police procedural and serial drama created by Jed Mercurio and produced by World Productions for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). It first began broadcasting on BBC Two on 26 June 2012.

In 2019 Martin played Beelzebub, leader of the denizens of Hell, in the Amazon Prime TV serial Good Omens, [7] based on the book by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. In the same year she joined the cast of Line of Duty [7] during its fifth series, playing DCS Patricia Carmichael, a role she reprised in series six. [20]

Adrian Dunbar (born 1 August 1958) is an Irish actor, director, and singer, known for his television and theatre work. He co-wrote and starred in the 1991 film Hear My Song, nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the BAFTA awards.
Line of Duty was created by Jed Mercurio, who executive produces the series alongside Simon Heath and Stephen Wright. Cait Collins produced it. Filming took place in late 2016 with Mercurio directing two episodes and John Strickland directing four.
