Click on Origin and uninstall. Reinstall Origin; Try running Origin as an administrator: Close the Origin client. Right-click the Origin client icon on your desktop (or in the Origin directory if not on your desktop) and click Run As Administrator. This runs the Origin client as an administrator account, and should let the game install.

@Basilhs007 Try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top. If that doesn't help, either disable Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access, or add exceptions for Origin.exe, TS4_x64.exe, and TS4.exe.

Well, it's a nice thing the game works but it would be nice to get your Origin working as well. Most likely clearing the Origin's caches will fix it, if not, then most likely uninstalling and reinstalling Origin afterwards will get your Origin working again. To clear out your Origin's caches, follow the guidance below :

but If u can install Origin in safe mode and Origin crashes in normal mode that is indicates that some program block Origin normal work. my last suggestions is: try to find this program; and try to create new OS user with Admin right and run Origin from this new OS account. Im done on it. Good luck.
