The MProvider Connect tool allows registered providers to enroll or request provider demographic updates to our MDwise Provider Enrollment team. Included are the following online features: Login to MProvider Connect. Providers must complete the sign-up process to gain access. Users are required to create individual accounts.
Providers can access the myMDwise provider portal to quickly view the status of their claims. New users will need to request an account. Providers may also call our Provider Customer Service Unit at 1-833-654-9192. Providers have 90 days from the initial claim determination to submit a dispute.
