I am trying to connect to a NanoStation LocoM2 and after connecting an ethernet cable I'm instructed to change my ethernet connection on the laptop to Static.....problem is when I enter the IP address,, 192.168.1.5 and subnet of 255.255.255.0 and hit save the message "can't save address check one or more items and retry"

However, if I try and change the static IP using Control Panel -> Network Connections -> "Ethernet - Dongle" -> IPv4 properties the dialog has Obtain Automatically selected and the address fields are blank.

My small office has a network storage drive that we have mapped to three desktops all running Windows 11. The network drive is older. That said, one of the desktops suddenly has a problem connecting to that drive. When i look into it, it has an IP of 10.1.1.242. However, on the desktops that can still connect to the drive, they show 10.1.10.142.
