The Dunedin Causeway is a series of three bridges (the outer ones are the fixed bridges, and the middle one a double-leaf bascule bridge) that cross the St. Joseph Sound, part of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, connecting the barrier islands of Honeymoon Island State Park and the mainland of Dunedin, Florida.
Lovers Key State Park is a 712-acre (2.88 km 2) Florida State Park located on Lover's Key and three other barrier islands—Black Island, Inner and Long Key. It is at 8700 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, between Big Carlos Pass and New Pass and 10.5 miles (16.9 km) west of Interstate 75 on exit 116.

Three Rooker Island, (also known as Three Rooker Bar) is an island in Pinellas County, Florida. The island is west of Tarpon Springs , south of Anclote Key and north of Honeymoon Island . It is accessible only by boat and its shape and size often change from interaction with ocean currents.

Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park is a 4,290-acre (17.4 km 2) preserve, a unit of Florida State Park located 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Pensacola, in northwestern Florida. It is home to four species of endangered pitcher plants, as well as other rare and endangered plant species.
