The Grove School was founded in 1999. The high school (grades ten to twelve) sits on the campus of Montessori in Redlands. The Farm or middle school campus (grades 7–9) was founded in 2003 and is a working farm, run by students. The classrooms are housed in the old farmhouse and associated outbuildings.
Grove School is situated on a 90-acre (36 ha) campus, directly adjacent to the I-95 highway. The dormitories include White House, Middle House, Tessler, Olshin, Lodge, Perlman, Redlich, Patch, Charles, Emmerich, Blue House, Red House, and Yellow House. Grove has constructed many new buildings in the past five years.

The Newburgh Enlarged City School District (NECSD) is a public school district located in Newburgh, New York. It encompasses all of the City of Newburgh, most of the towns of Newburgh and New Windsor, [2] and small sections of the towns of Cornwall and Walkill. [3] The enrollment is 12,791 students in 13 schools in grades K-12.
Grove High School offers many extracurricular activities for students including an academic competition team, athletics, a robotics education program, marching band, competitive speech, art, choir, FCCLA, FFA, and a drama program. There are also several community service clubs including Character Counts, Interact.
Prior to 2009, there were grades K–4 held in each town. Grades 5–8 were held in Walnut Grove and grades 9–12 were held in Westbrook. Starting at the beginning of the 2009–2010 school year, grades K–6 were all being held in Walnut Grove and grades 7–12 were all being held in Westbrook.
