Boulevard Mall was a shopping mall located north of the city of Buffalo at the western edge of the Town of Amherst in Erie County, New York, United States. The name derives from its location on Niagara Falls Boulevard ( U.S. Route 62 ), which divides Amherst from the Town of Tonawanda .

Blvd is being developed by New York-based Gindi Capital, which also owns the Showcase Mall, located further south on the Las Vegas Strip. The Blvd site was previously occupied by the Hawaiian Marketplace, [1] opened in 2004. [2] [3] [4] Other structures on the property included a strip mall known as Cable Center Shops, and the Boulevard food court.
After changing its name to Tween Brands in 2006 and shuttering or rebranding most locations a few years later, Blue Alliance acquired the name Limited Too and relaunched almost 200 stores in 2016.
Jenss was a small chain of department stores in Western New York State. The company was founded in 1887 by the Jenss brothers in Lockport, New York. In 1951, Harold Dautch bought the company. In 1962, the company opened its flagship department store at the Boulevard Mall in Amherst, New York.

In 1970 Diamond's acquired Las Vegas based Ronzone's and converted its store at The Boulevard Mall to a Diamond's. [7] On January 14, 1984 Diamond's consolidated its operations in Mesa by closing its Tri-City Mall location due to its close proximity to the newer Fiesta Mall location. [8]
63 CityCenter is a four-story shopping mall on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is part of the CityCenter complex, developed by MGM Resorts International. The two-acre site was previously planned as The Harmon, a hotel within CityCenter. However, due to structural defects, the hotel never opened and was dismantled in 2015.
