Orange County Choppers former world headquarters near Newburgh, New York. Orange County Choppers (OCC) was an American motorcycle manufacturer and lifestyle brand company based in the town of Newburgh, located in Orange County, New York, OCC was founded in 1999 by Paul Teutul Sr.
The bike included fabrication to the fuel tank, a luggage rack and a licence plate that read "OC3277", referring to Orange County [Choppers] and the date of Leno's first appearance on The Tonight Show on March 2, 1977, when the show was hosted by Johnny Carson. Leno was presented the bike on an episode of The Tonight Show.
