I get this off and on. Check if there is a typo in www.battle.net.If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. The windows trouble shooter most of the time shows no problem I hit refresh and then the page works. Sometimes the trouble shooter will show that the DNS is not responding.
I cannot connect directly to ethernet as we have three computers, in different rooms and this is not a viable option. Also, the new Spectrum router does not have the ability to see any of the configurations - no 192.168.0.1 type of access. Everything is through the Spectrum app on a smartphone with virtually no ability to configure anything.
After they left, my internet was even slower, still lagged and dropped out. I realised that they reduced the signal strength with an 8Db attenuator, but *then* added on a three-outlet splitter with no terminator caps, which was unnecessary and slowed my connection speed down.
Since the Spectrum TV app streams live TV as well as on demand, it can be more sensitive than other streaming services. A direct connect with an ethernet cord would rule out the interference issue. January 18. When turning on the TV and the Xumo box, the Spectrum app will not start. It shows as a black screen. you can select it, but all I get is a black screen. The Home button will take me out and other apps will work but no Spectrum TV. Only way to fix has been to unplug the Xumo box and hard reboot.
