Nilave Mugam Kaattu (transl. Oh Moon, please show your face) is a 1999 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Kalanjiyam, starring Karthik, Ramki and Devayani. It is a remake of the Kannada film Anuraga Sangama (1995) which itself was inspired by Charlie Chaplin's City Lights. [1] The film was released on 30 April 1999. [2]
Munthirikkaadu (transl. Cashew forest) is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language period crime thriller film written and directed by Kalanjiyam. Produced by Kalanjiyam under the banners of Aathi Thiraikalam. It is adapted from the short story Pethavan (transl. Begetter) written by Imayam. The film stars Seeman, Pugazh Mahendran, Subapriya and Jaya Rao. [2]
