Further more, I am a computer tech and I know that these are discontinued products. Intel discontinued the Pentium M in favor of the newer 65nm Pentium Dual core and Celeron M processors. Production for the 90nm CPUs ended at the end of 2007. We no longer can get Pentium M processors in our store for custom laptop builds.
