The Georgia Bulldogs football team competes on behalf of the University of Georgia in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision in the Southeastern Conference.Although not participating in its first bowl game until 1942, the Bulldogs are second in the number of bowl appearances (62) and second in the number of bowl victories (38), as of the 2023 season.
