Assessed Values. The assessed values of land and improvements appearing on your tax notice are determined by the Tax Assessor. The Sheriff cannot change the assessed values of your property. If you wish to dispute the assessed values of your property contact the Tax Assessor at (318) 226-6701.
Payments. Any payments made online for taxes post same day until 11:59 pm. All Court/Probation and Traffic payments made after 5 pm and on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
