Casper Meets Wendy is a 1998 American fantasy comedy film based on the Harvey Comics cartoon characters Casper the Friendly Ghost and Wendy the Good Little Witch. The film is a sequel to Casper: A Spirited Beginning , and the second spin-off / prequel of Casper (1995).
In 1993 he began a freelance career, writing and story editing for numerous studios. His TV and film projects include A Goofy Movie, Make Way for Noddy, Casper: A Spirited Beginning, Casper Meets Wendy, Archie's Weird Mysteries and All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series. He also writes for ads, stage, books, and comics.
Numerous Casper cartoons were released on home video by Universal Studios (via MCA Inc.). In 2011, Shout!Factory released a DVD set titled Casper the Friendly Ghost: The Complete Collection - 1945-1963 which contains The Friendly Ghost, There's Good Boos To-Night, A Haunting We Will Go, all 55 theatrical cartoons, and all 26 episodes of The New Casper Cartoon Show.

In a ghost train where spirits are heading towards the Ghost Central, Casper is unaware of where he is, while also unaware that he is a ghost himself. He gets kicked off the train and finds himself in the city of Deedstown, where he unintentionally scares a bunch of the town's citizens, which leads him to the realization that he is in fact a ghost.
Wendy made her first screen appearance in the theatrical Paramount Casper cartoon short, Which is Witch (1958). She was voiced by Mae Questel.. In 1963, she became a frequent supporting character in the animated TV series, The New Casper Cartoon Show, and was voiced by Norma MacMillan (who also voiced Casper).
