Jarrett Jackson Robertson (September 3, 1940 – February 23, 1993) was a major general in the United States Army. He served two tours in the Vietnam War and earned several awards, including a Silver Star. Robertson served as the deputy commanding general of the 1st Armored Division and later of V Corps.

Jarrett played shortstop for the Seminoles from 1991–1994. On June 24, 2022, Notre Dame head coach Link Jarrett, a former player under Martin Sr., was named head coach of the Seminoles. In his first season, the Seminoles suffered their first losing season in program history and missed the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1977.
Jarrett also wrestled on the independent circuit for seven years, appearing in Japan and Puerto Rico. In 1990, he wrestled his first tour of Japan for Super World Sports (SWS). [9] Jarrett would continue wrestling for USWA full-time until losing the championship to Jerry Lawler on December 20, 1993, but return sporadically for future dates. [10]
The site of Garrett's death is now commemorated by a historical marker south of U.S. Route 70, between Las Cruces, New Mexico and the San Augustin Pass. [ 68 ] [ 69 ] The historical marker is located about 1.2 miles from where Garrett was murdered.
