This color shown for the website's design does not necessarily mean the flag is this color. Per FOTW, The flag is derived from the ATS emblem adopted in Warsaw (25th CPAT, 10-20 September 2002) by Decision Number 2 of 20 September 2002, in color Pantone 295 C
Re-scaled the dimensions of the flag. Fixed the shape of the stars, made clones, and rounded the transforms of the stars. Re-sized both of the blue rectangles to avoid transparency.
