back to set-up a poll today to find the most convenient date for a bunch of people to get together and it seems that Doodle has been "improved" Cough! I want to offer a date in June, a couple in July and one in August. The "unimproved" Doodle had a simple interface to set-up the possible dates and to present them to recipients.

I've seen people use a Doodle poll to handle this; however, I just use Google Sheets to allow people to select when they're available, then create a calendar invitation based on who's available. Please let us know if either of these could work.
You could use a tool like doodle.com; however, when I have to do something similar, I use Google Sheets and mark out days and times, then ask people to say when they're available. The spreadsheet works out which is the best time to have the meeting (i.e. when there are the most Yes responses).
