    We always book the room closest to the Lido deck when we sail (ex. 9293) on Valor. Surprisingly, you don't hear any of the noise coming from the Lido area. And also, because we generally are on the ship extremely early, we take our carry-ons to the cabin and stow them away in the closet.

    On a recent cruise the only deck where we could get 4 balcony cabins together was just below the lido deck. We chose cabins that were below the carpeted area of the buffet and had no issue at all thankfully.
