  2. Is aquatica worth visiting? : r/SeaWorld - Reddit

It’s an awesome park. Both volcano bay and aquatica are similar, but don’t visit either of them on a weekend. It will be a complete waste of your time. If you’re planning to drink, the bars at volcano bay are much better.

  4. Adventure Island or Aquatica Orlando? : r/tampa - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/.../4rwcoa/adventure_island_or_aquatica_orlando

Aquatica has a bad-ass lazy river. ten times better than Adventure island's slowpaced bore. Aquatica has two nicely done wave pulls. Aisland has one pretty lame one. Aquatica is full of foreign and out of town vacationers, more-so than adventure island. AIsland is mostly locals and families vacationing at the beach that hit up the tampa parks ...

Apparently, it's hosted by some guy named Wendell Coates Jr. He has been hosting events like this for several years, but unfortunately this year alot of people who weren't associated with the event came on the same day, likely hearing about the event happening that day and wreaked havoc.

Aquatica is better laid out and has more to do. Adventure Island has an old school Florida water park feel to it. If you are close to AI it is worth a visit but not worth the 90min drive from orlando.

Aquatica would be a mix between century Spice road (or Golem edition) for the card play and the river, and Otys for the mining of ressources. But what Aquatica does is fairly unique and it plays like a dream. My plays of Abyss have never been fulfilling though.

  8. Aquatica! : r/orlando - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/orlando/comments/cmxj0r/aquatica

Aquatica Orlando has clear limitations on what types of food/beverage purchased outside are allowed to be brought in to the park. Coolers are permitted, but they must be no larger than 16-quart size. For guests with special dietary requirements a limited number of unlimited access daily picnic size lockers are available for rent at the park.

  9. Waterparks! : r/UniversalOrlando - Reddit

Aquatica was surprisingly nice - better lazy and fast rivers than Volcano Bay in our opinion, rides are just as good aside from lacking a water coaster, and the big splash area is a lot of fun. Theming won't blow you away but it's a solid park and comes in cheaper than the competition.

  10. Aquatica or Volcano Bay? : r/orlando - Reddit

Aquatica is great for the money. You also need to get there 30 min. before open and or get a fast pass. Cabanas are $150-$200 or you have the free large umbrellas on the beach that get taken quick. Hard to deny the value of fast pass when you ride the same slide 3 times in a row, each time passing the same people waiting to go for their first time.

  11. Which is the best water park in Orlando? I'm trying to decide ......

    www.reddit.com/r/orlando/comments/jv50x/which_is_the_best...

Aquatica isn't really that great of a waterpark, I wouldn't recommend it. Really, you can't go wrong with either Disney park. Blizzard Beach has more exciting slides, but Typhoon Lagoon has more unique rides that aren't just slides. And I know this isn't on the list, but Wet 'n Wild is pretty fun too. Disco H20 and The Black Hole are awesome ...
