You want uncomfortable, try an 08 F350 single cab. I'm about 6'3 265 and the thing has no space, can't recline and just an annoying seat.

The buzzer is under the dash behind the fuse box. The fuse box has to be removed to get to it, but it's not as difficult as it sounds. It's fairly easy. Should be a white sticker that shows GAWR specs, VIN and a bar code. Right on the bottom should be PNT:xxx, where xxx is 3 letters that are the paint code.
Yes, the turn signals and wipers work with the key off. You probably have a bad ignition switch.
