The Ottawa Commercial Historic District is a historic district in downtown Ottawa, Illinois. The district includes 195 buildings and structures, most of them commercial buildings, spread out over 26 city blocks. The oldest buildings in the district, located near the Illinois and Fox rivers, were built in the 1830s.
Ottawa The Rideau Street Convent Chapel was a Gothic Revival chapel that formed part of the Convent of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart on Rideau Street in Ottawa , Ontario , Canada . Designed by Georges Bouillon in 1887–88, it was dismantled in 1972 and rebuilt inside the National Gallery of Canada in order to preserve its unique architecture.

Jean-Jacques Duval (Feb. 8, 1930 - Oct. 21, 2021) [1] was a French-born American artist who pioneered abstract art and the use of faceted glass in stained glass design in the 1960s. In 2005 he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Stained Glass Association of America. [2]
