The 2023–24 Siena Saints women's basketball team represented Siena College during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Saints, led by third-year head coach Jim Jabir , played their home games at the UHY Center in Loudonville, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference .

They won 71–69 over Connecticut in the national semifinal [ 10 ] – establishing a new viewership mark at 14.2 million viewers [ 11 ] – to reach the national championship game for the second year in a row.
Siena began their first year under varsity level in 1974 after four years as a club team. They joined Division I in 1983 and the MAAC in 1989. They have made five appearances in the postseason, with one being in the NCAA Tournament (2001), three in the WNIT (1999, 2002, 2003), and one in the WBI (2015).

The Siena Saints (formerly the Siena Indians) are composed of 21 teams representing Siena College in collegiate sports. The Saints compete in the NCAA Division I and are members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. [2] They changed their name prior to the 1988-89 season. [3]
Women's Basketball The Saints hosted the annual SHU Thanksgiving tournament where they opened play with a 107-31 win against Grace Christian. SHU led 28-4 after the first and 55-9 at the half.
