Vinodayathra (transl. Leisure Trip – transl. Vinod's Journey ) is a 2007 Indian Malayalam-language comedy drama film written and directed by Sathyan Anthikkad, and starring Dileep and Mukesh along with Meera Jasmine, Murali, Innocent, Ganapathi S Poduval, KPAC Lalitha, Nedumudi Venu, Seetha and Parvathy in supporting roles.

The movie has three young people - Vinod, Balu and Meera - as its central characters. Vinu is a young college student and Meera is his girlfriend. Their marriage was almost fixed when Vinu died in an accident and his eyes were transplanted to Balu. Meera tries to see Balu to see Vinu's eyes, but Balu misunderstands and thinks that she loves him.

Thalavattam (transl. Rhythm) is a 1986 Indian Malayalam-language drama film written and directed by Priyadarshan, starring Mohanlal, Lizy, M. G. Soman and Karthika.The film is very loosely based on the 1975 movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest [1] [2] [3] which was an adaptation of the 1962 novel of the same name by Ken Kesey.
