Winners & Sinners (Chinese: 奇謀妙計五福星, also known as 5 Lucky Stars) is a 1983 Hong Kong action comedy film written and directed by Sammo Hung, who also starred in the film. The film co-stars Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao , the latter serving as one of the film's action directors .
The first film was Winners and Sinners (1983). The Chinese title, Five Lucky Stars , was chosen because it was evocative of the Seven Little Fortunes ( a.k.a. "The Lucky Seven"), the performance troupe at the Peking Opera School "The China Drama Academy".
On 22 March 2021, the UK boutique film label, Eureka Video, released Twinkle, Twinkle Little Stars as part of the Lucky Stars trilogy collection on Blu Ray. The set includes remastered versions of Winners and Sinners (1983), My Lucky Stars (1985) in addition to the aforementioned Twinkle, Twinkle, Lucky Stars (1985).

John Shum ("Curly" in Winners and Sinners) was notably absent from the gang in this film, due to his commitments as a political activist. He is replaced in this film by Eric Tsang.
