Maryland Route 200 was the designation for Larchmont Avenue from MD 4 (now Marlboro Pike) in Coral Hills north to MD 214 (now MD 332) in Capitol Heights in central Prince George's County. [1] The highway, which was then known as Crystal Spring Avenue, was constructed as a 16-foot-wide (4.9 m) gravel road between 1924 and 1926.
